Need to talk to a person? Take these three steps first.

Please help us help you in the most efficient way. These three quick notes will make a big difference:

  1. Please review the Password Overview page before calling us about login issues. These pages contain self-service tips that can help you access the system on your own. If you have used the online resources and still need to call us for password help, please be sure to have access to a computer or mobile device that is connected to the internet.

  2. The course management system Moodle (HFC Online) is not part of our Help Desk services. For assistance with HFC Online / Moodle, please contact your instructor or the eLearning Department at 313.845.9663 or moodlesupport@hfcc.edu.

  3. The Help Desk focuses on tech support. If you need help with issues relating to enrollment, registration, financial aid, paying your bill, or similar issues, please reach out to the Welcome Center. The Welcome Center offers real-time and chat assistance for non-tech-support needs.
