HFC Username and Password Help

First Time Login

If you have never logged in before and are new to HFC, you can login once with your initial password and then you will be prompted to set challenge questions and create a password to complete your account.

If your initial password does not work, you can activate your account with your username, Student ID Number, Last Name, and Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

Log in with your HFC username and password

HFC uses one username and password for all campus technology.

We recommend that you change your password regularly. Your HFC password will expire and prompt you to change it every six months. If you think someone has stolen your password, change it immediately.

Login Help

You may not be able to log in or reset your password for the following reasons:

  • your password expired
  • your account is locked from too many failed login attempts
  • your cellphone number is missing or incorrect in our records (password reset uses cellphone)
