Long-time mathematics instructor Sam Bazzi will serve as Henry Ford College’s first Arab American Community Liaison, effective the Fall 2017 semester.

Daniel Cameron, a 2015 Henry Ford College (HFC) alumnus, played catcher on the College’s baseball team for two years. He will continue his baseball career in Australia.

In late June, Gov. Rick Snyder reappointed 1979 Henry Ford College alumnus Ronald L. Zupko to the Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.

Henry Ford College (HFC) alumnus Nick Prush was recently presented with the Outstanding Faculty of the Year Award at Monroe County Community College (MCCC), where he’s the director of the Respiratory Therapist (RT) Program.

It was a historic first over the weekend at Henry Ford College (HFC) as four students became the first students to earn a bachelor’s degree at the 2017 Commencement Ceremony.

A total of approximately 368 students graduated from Henry Ford College (HFC) during the May 6 commencement ceremonies, which took place at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center in Dearborn.

Instituted in 1978, the 2017 Henry Ford College (HFC) Distinguished Service Award is presented to Henry Ford III, the great-great-grandson of the College’s namesake and a member of the HFC National Advisory Council (NAC).

Established in 1978, the 2017 Henry Ford College (HFC) Distinguished Alumni Award will be presented to Mona Markabani, a 2014 HFC graduate, at HFC’s morning Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 6, at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center.
