Use your financial aid to purchase books at HFC's College Store
Students planning to use financial aid to purchase books may do so at the HFC College Store. Visit the College Store website for dates and other specific information.
All students purchasing books with financial aid must provide the following at the time they check out at the College Store:
Picture Identification and
Copy of your financial aid Award Letter or
- Copy of your schedule of classes
To prevent delay at checkout, please be sure you are able to present these documents each time you make a purchase.
You can print copies of either your award letter or class schedule via the student portal.
If you need to print your documents, computers are available on campus at the following locations:
- Registration – Welcome Center lobby outside the office
- Financial Aid – LRC-030
- LRC - Media Center (library card required)
Please also note that financial aid is not directly applied to your account until the first day of classes. So, although you have been awarded financial aid, a balance due will appear on your account until the funds are applied.
Prior to purchasing books, loan recipients must have accepted their loans by checking "accepted" on their award letter and returning it to the Financial Aid Office.
