Sign up today: President Kavalhuna leads employees vs. students basketball game

Register to participate by April 7

HFC President Russ Kavalhuna is looking for a few good players to for the employees vs. students basketball game on Tuesday, April 15, at 5:00 p.m. in the gymnasium of the Athletic Memorial Building (Building H on the main campus).

Kavalhuna will lead the team of HFC employees interested in taking on the students. Mariyah Saleh, president of the HFC Student Council, is looking for an HFC student to lead the student team.

All skill levels are welcome, as are people of any gender. Last year's teams had very few women, so we encourage you to sign up!

“We will have practice sessions during the second week of April, so the participating players can get familiar with the structure of the tournament and have the opportunity to warm up and prepare for it,” said Saleh.

The game is open to HFC employees, HFC students, and HFC alumni. Everyone interested in playing should register by Monday, April 7, for the April 15 game (see link above). The registration page includes a required waiver.
