A s promised in our previous Coursedog Implementation Project Update (2/27/25), all employees are invited to participate in a series of Campus Conversations offering overviews of both the Coursedog Academic Scheduling and Curriculum Management modules. We will also provide progress reports regarding the Coursedog customization and configuration to best serve the needs of HFC’s students, faculty, and staff.

All sessions except the April 2 sessions will be in Berry. The April 2 sessions will be in Forfa.

Conversation descriptions

Update I: focuses on user groups, permission levels, and process forms. Update II: focuses on process rules, workflows, and workflow notifications.

These forums are working sessions to gather input from faculty and staff who will use Coursedog once fully configured. Comments, ideas, suggestions, and concerns may also be submitted at any time using our Coursedog Feedback Form.

Academic Scheduling Update I: Fri 3/28 (1:00 PM - 2:30 PM) and repeated Wed 4/2 (Forfa Auditorium) (11:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
Academic Scheduling Update II: Fri 4/11 (9:00 AM - 10:30 AM) and repeated Wed 4/16 (3:00 PM - 4:30 PM)

Curriculum Management Implementation Conversations:

We will record one of each of the meetings and post them on the Academic Affairs Communications Hub in SharePoint for later viewing. All full-time faculty and Academic Affairs staff have access to the Hub.
