College Store information for the Winter 2025 semester
The College Store (Building C on the main campus) will be open for an extra hour, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the following dates:
- Monday, January 13, 2025
- Tuesday, January 14, 2025
- Wednesday, January 15, 2025
- Thursday, January 16, 2025
This will allow you an extra hour to purchase textbooks and other supplies as the Winter 2025 semester begins Monday, January 13, 2025. Regular business hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the rest of the Winter 2025 semester.
Winter 2025 textbook information is available on the College Store website. We update book information on the website daily. We accept and encourage online orders.
Please use your company-funded third-party sponsorships for College Store purchases. We can help you at the Customer Service Desk in the back of the store. If you have Ford Motor Company funding, we encourage you to order through the Store website.
Please use your financial aid for online purchases. You should check the Max Limit Available before selecting “Fin. Aid” as a payment method. If you have insufficient aid funding, we will have to cancel your order. You will need to provide a valid HFC student ID or other valid picture ID (i.e., a driver’s license) in addition to your HFC student ID number. Please note that you cannot use financial aid on the website on Thursdays until the weekly refunds have been processed.
Inclusive Access classes
Students taking Inclusive Access classes will have access to your digital materials on the first day of class. The registration fees include your digital materials. You should not need additional materials except in limited cases, depending on the class. You will receive Inclusive Access information to your Hawkmail account 10 days prior to the start of classes for the semester.
Information on pickup and shipping
The College Store will offer store pickup at no charge for the Winter 2025 semester. You should wait until you receive email notification that your order(s) is ready for pickup. We might need 48-72 hours to process orders based on the volume of orders, although most orders take considerably less time.
- Pick up orders Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (regular business hours). We will need your name and order number for pickup. Online order pickup will take place in Aisle 4.
- Pickup customers should use the north entrance to HFC and park in Parking Lot 3, which is near the store.
- We can ship your order via UPS Ground for $7.99 per order.
