Join us for TransferPalooza and degree completion workshop

HFC will host its first TransferPalooza and degree completion workshop on Thursday, October 17, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. on the first floor of the Andrew A. Mazzara Administrative Services & Conference Center (ASCC) (Building L on the main campus).

If you are planning to transfer to a 4-year university after completing your associate degree at HFC, TransferPalooza is your chance to explore top-tier universities, talk about the academic programs they offer and other resources to help you succeed.

Event schedule

• Transfer Table in the Atrium from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.: University representatives will meet individually with you to talk about your goals and how they can help you meet them.
• Degree completion workshop in the Forfa Auditorium from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.: If you have completed 45 or more credits, this session is for you. We can help you get to your degree in the shortest amount of time, and prepare for your future transfer university.
• Transfer topic breakout sessions in the Rosenau Rooms and Berry Auditorium from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.: Dive deeper into transfer topics with interactive breakout sessions. Learn tips from the experts to ensure a smooth transition after graduating from HFC.
