Join HFC students, faculty, and staff for Make a Difference Day on Saturday, October 26, from 9:00 a.m. to noon, at Forgotten Harvest, 15000 W. 8 Mile Road (between Greenfield and Coolidge) in Oak Park.

Volunteers will pack emergency food boxes at Forgotten Harvest and sort fresh, nutritious meals into family-size portions that will be distributed across the Tri-County Area.

Make a Difference Day is an annual event celebrated on the fourth Saturday in October. Created in 1992 by USA Weekend, this National Day of Service aims to inspire people from all walks of life to make a positive difference in their communities. Millions of people across the nation unite to improve the lives of others.

We'll need you to register in advance. The Office of Student Activities will send the next steps, including instructions and a waiver.
