Partnerships with more than 50 companies

"HFC has partnerships with more than 50 companies to create and implement corporate training and apprenticeship programs that meet the needs of employers in developing their workforce,” explained Nichols. “This particular event offers the opportunity for our business partners to listen to an HR professional, expert, and consultant with experience in addressing recruiting, training, and retention issues that plague companies.”

He continued: “Michelle Mei not only offers information from her perspective as an HR professional but as a consultant that also helps companies to develop and implement technical and leadership training that brings out the best in their most important asset – their employees. We partnered with SEMCA for this event to kick off our Apprenticeship Building America grant.
