Hawk Squawk: Students, make some noise and let us know what you think!

Release Date

Last fall, HFC launched “Hawk Squawk,” a student feedback panel. Now, the College needs to hear from students again and would like to get more of you involved to help us meet your needs and provide services you want.

How it works

Any registered student can sign up for the panel and provide answers to two short surveys every month (five questions or less). We usually ask four serious questions and 1 fun question.

Here are some things we have learned from students so far:

  • Most students prefer classes before 3:00 p.m.
  • 64% of students like pineapple on pizza.
  • 54% of students prefer online courses without live meetings, while 36% prefer in-person classes.
  • Students prefer hoodies over sweatshirts.
  • Students need more help with the Michigan Reconnect Scholarship
