The College Store reopens Jan. 3
The College Store (Building C on the main campus) has reopened, effective Tuesday, Jan. 3, for in-person and online shopping.
The College Store's normal business hours for the Winter 2023 semester will be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. From Jan. 9-12, the store will be open later, until 6:30 p.m.
Students may also purchase textbooks, supplies, and HFC merchandise online.
Textbook information
Winter textbook information can be viewed on the College Store’s website. Book information on the website is updated as new orders are received.
Students can now use financial aid for College Store purchases. Students should check the maximum limit available prior to selecting Financial Aid as a payment method. All orders with insufficient aid funding will be canceled. Students using Financial Aid in the store will need to provide an HFC Student ID or other picture ID in addition to their HFC Student ID number.
Students can now use third party sponsorships. Sponsored students will be helped at the Customer Service Desk in the back of the College Store.
Information regarding pickup and shipping
The College Store will offer in-store pickup at no charge for the Winter 2023 semester. Store pickup customers should wait until they receive email notification that their order is ready for pickup on campus. Orders may take up to 48-72 hours to be processed based on the volume of orders received, although most orders take considerably less time.
Orders can be picked up in the store Monday through Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We will need the order number and customer name for pickup. Online order pickup is available in Aisle 4. Signs for the location are posted in the store.
Store pickup customers should use the North entrance to the College and then park in Parking Lot No. 3 near the College Store.
Orders can also be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping charges of $7.99 per order will be applied.
Information regarding Financial Aid purchases
Financial aid cannot be used at the College Store (in-person or on the website) on Thursdays until the weekly refunds have been processed. This applies to Thursdays after the first refund process is run for the term.
