HFC Career Services will host two co-op information sessions in April – one will be in-person and the other will be virtual.
The co-op information sessions will be held on the following dates:
- Thursday, April 13, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. in Room 120 of the Learning Success Center (Bldg. A) on the main campus. It will be in the classroom next door to the Counseling Office.
- Wednesday, April 19, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. via Zoom. Please register today.
Eligibility and benefits
To be eligible for the Co-Op program, you must:
- Be working toward an associate degree
- Have a GPA of 2.5 in your major
- Have a GPA of 2.0 overall
- Have completed 50 percent of your core classes
The benefits of participating in a Co-Op program include:
- Earning academic credit(s)
- Getting practical work experience in your chosen field
- Building your résumé
- Earning money
