2022 W-2 forms available online through self-service

Your official 2022 W-2 Form is available via Self-Service if you have consented to receive electronic W-2 statements.

How to access your W-2 in Self-Service (if you have consented to electronic W-2 delivery)

  1. Login to Self-Service
  2. Select "Tax Information" at the top left of the screen
  3. Download your W-2 for 2022

You may choose to print and save your W-2. To save paper, postage, and time, payroll will no longer mail paper copies of W-2 forms to HFC employees who have consented to receiving them electronically (thank you for consenting to online delivery!).

To consent to having your W-2 delivered in Self-Service (if you have not yet consented to electronic W-2 delivery)

To provide consent to receive W-2 forms electronically (in Self-Service), follow these steps:

  1. Login to my.hfcc.edu.
  2. Select Self-Service at the top.
  3. Select the Employee box.
  4. Select the Tax Information box.
  5. Select Change Preferences.
  6. Select the Circle next to “Receive my W-2 only in electronic format,” and then select Save.

If you consent to electronic delivery prior to January 27, your W-2 will be available in Self-Service. If you do not consent by January 30, your W-2 will be mailed (see below).

How to receive your W-2 as a paper copy

If you have not provided consent to view W-2 statements electronically, your 2022 W-2 Form will be placed in regular USPS mail no later than Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2023.
