Things to know

  1. HFC safety requirements will be in effect. Campus health screening forms are required, face masks are required throughout the entire class, and social distancing protocols will be followed. If you do not feel you can wear a face mask and social distance while doing yoga, we ask you not to participate this semester.
  2. A liability waiver is required to participate. Please bring the signed waiver with you the first time you come to class.
  3. You may join the classes at any time. You may attend as many or as few sessions as you wish. We recommend you arrive on time to each session, so you can participate fully. Late arrivals will be permitted to join the classes in session.
  4. Anyone is welcome, from beginners to advanced-level yoga practitioners.
  5. Dress appropriately. You should wear athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. You should not wear any clothing or excessive jewelry that will restrict your movement or endanger your safety. Bare feet or yoga socks (with sticky bottoms) are recommended.
  6. Bring your own yoga mat(s) and bottled water.
  7. Locker rooms will not be available for changing clothes or showering. You may change in one of the restrooms in the Building H, but we recommend you change before you come to the building.
  8. Do not bring valuables with you.
