Please sign up here to volunteer for Discover Day

For the first time in three years, Discover Day returns to the HFC campus on Friday, Sept. 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Events will be held all over HFC’s main campus.

About 1,000 students from area high schools will visit our beautiful campus and learn what makes HFC such an amazing place to start their college education. It’s quite an undertaking to help them navigate the campus so they can experience all we have planned for their visit. Many volunteers are needed! Volunteers are essential to making Discover Day a success!

The Welcome Center (Bldg. WC on the main campus) will have limited operations the morning of Sept. 30 to allow HFC employees to volunteer.

Volunteers are needed from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., but you can choose to do a partial day (8:30 to 10:30 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). All help is appreciated.

Tasks will be assigned the week of the event. Assignment and partner requests will be considered. There is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all specific requests, and we appreciate your flexibility! Volunteers will get a Discover Day T-shirt.
