Upcoming Student Council Forum Feb. 18, Elections March 21-26
The HFC Student Council is seeking new members for the 2022-23 academic year. Any enrolled HFC student who will remain enrolled through the upcoming academic year (Fall 2022 through Spring 2023) is welcome to run for office.
To run for office:
Please complete the application here (login with your HFC credentials), and send it to current HFC Student Council President Kay Peter at knpeter@hawkmail.hfcc.edu.
The deadline to apply to run for office is Saturday, March 5.

You can run for the following seats:
- Chair
- Vice Chair
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Communications Liaison
- Representative-At-Large (multiple seats)
Learn about the candidates at our Student Council open forum Feb. 18
The Student Council will host an open forum on Friday, Feb. 18, from noon to 1:00 p.m. via Zoom. The event will discuss the candidates' qualifications and questions, as well as address any questions students may have.
Potential candidates, please join this event: If you wish to be a candidate, notify Kay Peter before Feb. 18 so you can be included in the open forum. You do not have to submit your formal application until March 5, but the Feb. 18 forum is your opportunity to share your ideas and goals.
Students may email questions for the candidates to the HFC Student Council, studentcouncil.hfc@gmail.com.

Elections will be held from Monday, March 21, to Saturday, March 26
We encourage all currently enrolled HFC students to vote in the elections! We will provide a link and information for online voting as we get closer to the date. Each student may only vote once for the entire slate of candidates.
