Join Welcome Center Social Committee in helping a local family

The Welcome Center Social Committee will be assisting a local family through First Step, Wayne County’s Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Comprehensive Agency whose mission is to eliminate domestic and sexual violence and to provide comprehensive services to individuals and families impacted by these crimes.

The Social Committee is collecting brand new toys, toiletries, clothes, sports apparel, over-the-counter medicine (cough drops, aspirin), and various gift cards from now until Friday, Dec. 9. There are drop-off boxes in the Welcome Center (Bldg. WC) and Campus Safety (Bldg. N) on the main campus. This will make a local family’s holidays much happier.
