HFC Career Services is hosting an Open Recruiting Mini-Job Fair on Wednesday, Feb. 9, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. via Zoom. This is just one of five job fairs Career Services will host in the coming weeks (dates will be announced for subsequent job fairs).

This job fair connects employers with current HFC students and alumni to learn about job requirements and fill open positions. The employers attending this job fair are:

  • Konica Minolta in New Hudson. Konica Minolta is looking for a full-time computer deployment team lead and a computer deployment team member.
  • Waltonwood Senior Living. Waltonwood has full-time openings for caregivers, med techs, and servers in Novi, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, and Sterling Heights.
  • The Guidance Center in Southgate. The Guidance Center has full-time openings for an assistant teacher, site aid, and lead teacher in Lincoln Park, Romulus, Taylor, and Belleville.
  • Jude Family Childcare Learning Center in Detroit. Jude has full-time openings for a Lead GSRP Teacher, Lead Young Preschool Teacher, and Assistant Preschool Teacher.
  • Hamadeh Educational Services in Dearborn. HES has full-time openings for a substitute, paraprofessional, administrative assistant, and school support staff.
  • Waltonen Engineering in Warren. Waltonen has full-time openings for a tooling designer, NX designer, and NX detailer.
  • Detroit Police Department. The DPD has full-time openings for a police officer, dispatcher, and I.T. specialist.
  • Hagopian in Oak Park. Hagopian has full-time openings for a rug care consultant, customer care coordinator, and flooring order coordinator.
  • LaFontaine Automotive Group. LaFontaine has full-time openings across Metro Detroit for an internship/co-op coordinator, porter, service tech apprentice, and collision repair apprentice.
  • Alta Equipment Company. Alta has full-time openings across Metro Detroit for a field mechanic, shop mechanic, and heavy equipment mechanic.
  • Taxcorp in Dearborn. Taxcorp has a full-time opening for an administrative assistant.
  • OneMain Financial. OneMain has full-time openings in Wayne, Livonia, and Southfield for a consumer loan sales specialist.
