Strategic plan presentation and employee meeting
Dear Colleagues,
We are excited to update you on the work that the Strategic Planning Team (SPT) has accomplished.
As you may remember, our last Strategic Plan was extended through 2021 due to the pandemic. We took this time as an opportunity to craft a plan that responds to our current environment and our students’ needs. A group of your colleagues from across the institution have been working to create a new Strategic Plan centered on the College’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
The Strategic Planning Team is now ready to show you its work.
On Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 3:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., via Zoom, the Strategic Planning Team will outline and explain a proposed Strategic Plan. This session will include a presentation of a draft and an opportunity for you to ask questions. A survey will be distributed after the forum for you to provide feedback directly to the Strategic Planning Team. This feedback will be used as we work to finalize a draft that supports student success and meets the changing needs of our community and our region.

We hope you will attend the meeting and provide feedback. To accomplish this, we ask supervisors to allow team members to attend. For those with unavoidable conflicts, the session will be recorded, and we encourage you to engage in the feedback options or speak with a SPT member directly. A list of all SPT members is here.
