Skylight Café on campus reopens Oct. 4

Your culinary options on campus are expanding as we move into October.

HFC’s Skylight Café in the Student & Culinary Arts Center (Bldg. M) is scheduled to reopen Monday, October 4, beginning at 8:00 a.m. to serve students and employees who are on campus for classes or work.

Skylight's hours for Fall 2021 will be:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The Skylight Café offers options for breakfast, lunch, or a snack between classes.

All items will be grab-and-go this semester, which means there will not be a salad bar or made-to-order sandwich bar. The Culinary Wellness Cafe (aka food truck) will not be open.

Grab-and-go options will include:

  • Sandwiches
  • Soups
  • Salads
  • Limited grill items
  • Chips
  • Pop/water/juice

Meats served are halal.
