Learn about the ways the College is dedicating itself to advancement and improving student life at the Technology Investment Fund project presentations.

The purpose of the Technology Investment Fund is to support projects that increase or improve student access to technology, including the following:

  • Computer-assisted instruction and online learning computer hardware and software;

  • Industrial computer and equipment upgrades

  • Costs for consultants and technical support (on a one-time basis).

The following projects are scheduled to be presented to the Technology Improvement Committee.

1:30 p.m. Electrical Technology
The proposal is to purchase equipment for the electrical technical/robotics labs.

1:45 p.m. 21st century Newsroom
Proposal to bring the Mirror Newsroom into the 21st century and provide students a high-quality professional collaborative cross-functional learning space to best prepare them for a diverse variety of 21st century jobs and graduate/professional degree programs.
