2020-21 Fulbright Scholar Competition is open

The Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program, one of the most prestigious fellowship programs in the world, provides more than 800 teaching and/or research grants to U.S. faculty and experienced professionals in a wide variety of academic and professional fields. Opportunities are available for college and university faculty and administrators, as well as for professionals, artists, journalists, scientists, lawyers, independent scholars, and many others.

Grants are available in more than 125 countries worldwide. Grant lengths vary in duration. Applicants can propose projects for a period of 2-12 months, as specified in the award. In addition to several new program models designed to meet the changing needs of U.S. academics and professionals, Fulbright is offering more opportunities for flexible, multi-country grants.
