Tiny Home sells for more than $47,000 during online auction

The Tiny Home project, a collaboration with RE/MAX and built by HFC Architecture and Construction Technology students under the close guidance of HFC faculty member Chad Richert, has reached its successful conclusion: SOLD to the highest bidder in an online auction held from July 26-28, 2018.

Bidding began at $12,000 and increased steadily over the weekend, until the final bid by "Jamie1970" took the prize before midnight Saturday.

Proceeds from the auction will benefit Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Final arrangements for the new owner to pick up the Tiny Home are pending.
