Interview and resume prep for Fairlane Job Fair, Aug. 1-2

The HFC Career Services Office will hold two workshops on Aug. 1-2 to prepare students for the Fairlane Town Center Job Fair on Aug. 9. Like the job fair, both workshops will be held in the mall. Look for directional signs located throughout the mall, which will lead you to these two workshops.

The first session is the Résumé Workshop Wednesday, Aug. 1, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. At this session, you will:
* Get tips on how to improve your résumé
* Get one-on-one help
* Hear from industry experts about what's expected of you in today's workforce

The second session is the Interview Prep Workshop Thursday, Aug. 2, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. At this session, you will:
* Learn key interview strategies
* Learn how to conduct yourself professionally during interviews
* Learn what to wear to your interviews
