HFC Commencement is May 5; award recipients announced
Henry Ford College's annual Commencement ceremonies will take place on Saturday, May 5, at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center in Dearborn. The ceremonies will include graduates from the Spring/Summer 2017, Fall 2017, and Winter 2018 semesters.
Students will be assigned to a ceremony based upon the degree they have earned. The assigned ceremony time, either 10 a.m. or 1:30 p.m., cannot be changed. Family and friends, please check with your graduate to find out which ceremony they will attend. Guests are urged to arrive up to one hour early, or no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony, to obtain your desired seating.
Graduates must arrive one hour early.

Award recipients and speaker announced
The Honorable Mariam Bazzi will receive the Distinguished Service Award.
Chef Gerald L. Ford will receive the Distinguished Alumni Award.
The Commencement speaker will be Nick Ilitch, Vice President of Product Management at Secure-24.
