Facility permits are issued subject to all policies, conditions, rules, and regulations set forth in the College “Facility Use Policies and Regulations”. By signature below, the applicant and his/her representatives certify that they have received a copy of the “Facilities Use Policies and Regulations”; that they have read, understand, and agree to all said policies and regulations; and that the signatory below is a representative of the group seeking to use HFC facilities and authorized to enter into this Agreement on the group’s behalf.

Misrepresentation of the nature of the activity, or failure to fully disclose pertinent details regarding this event may result in additional charges or cancellation of this event.
