HFC’s Skylight Café (Grab and Go options)
The Skylight Café offers a variety of take-out options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack between classes.
Options include: daily specials and entrées, soup and salad bar, made-to-order sandwich station, pizza, fresh fruit, chips, soft drinks, desserts, and more. Halal options are also available.
Table and seating are available outside the Skylight Café.
HFC's Culinary Wellness Cafe (freshly cooked takeout lunches; formerly the Food Truck)
The Culinary Wellness Cafe is a lunch stand inside the Skylight Café in the Student Center (to your left as you enter the café) that offers freshly prepared lunches to go, during the Fall and Winter semesters. Menu changes weekly; Halal and vegetarian options are available.
HFC's Fifty-One O One Restaurant
The Fifty-One O One Restaurant is a full-service dining establishment operated by the students and staff of the HFC Culinary Arts program. The menu includes appetizers, specialty salads and sandwiches, entreés from around the world and a wide selection of desserts. Menu changes weekly; Halal options are available. Credit cards accepted.

Vending Services
HFC also provides vending machine services in most campus buildings for snacks and beverages. To report an issue with a vending machine purchase, contact Bruce Wall at 313-845-9648.
