With nearly 40 years of history, HFC Theatre offers a full season of performances, featuring recent premieres by Detroit-area playwrights, original productions from the HFC-24 project, and Broadway titles. Over the years, HFC has earned a number of nominations, recognitions of merit, and awards from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival at the regional and national level.

HFC's Theatre Program has graduated many talented artists who go on to transfer to four-year universities and pursue successful careers in theatre and productions.
