Hammond Planetarium

The Hammond Planetarium is located on the main level of the Science Center (bldg. J) at Henry Ford College, 5101 Evergreen Road, in Dearborn, Michigan. For detailed directions see Directions to Campus.

The Hammond Planetarium serves as the cornerstone for HFC’s public outreach program in astronomy education. Whether through attending a planetarium show, taking a campus-wide walking tour of a scale model of our solar system, or viewing planetary surfaces on a unique spherical projection system, the Hammond Planetarium offers you the opportunity to enrich your understanding of our world, our solar system and our universe.

Located on the main level of the Science Center (bldg. J), the Hammond Planetarium at Henry Ford College is a state-of-the-art auditorium that seats up to 48 people and takes them on a journey to the stars where they learn about our solar system.
