HFC welcomes Amany Jadallah back to HR

Amany Jadallah left HFC in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic to start her family.
Now she’s back. Jadallah returned to HFC as a Compensation Specialist in Human Resources this spring. She reports to HFC Assistant Director of Total Rewards Tiffany Webster.
“It feels like home here at HFC,” said Jadallah, of Dearborn. “So much has changed since I’ve been away, but in a good way.”
Fluent in English and Arabic, Jadallah is an alumna of Fordson High School. She graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in history. She then earned her master’s degree in organizational leadership and human resources from Argosy University in Chicago.
HFC is a pivotal part of the Dearborn community
Jadallah has eight years in the HR field. She worked at South University in Novi, the Dearborn Public Schools, and HFC for three years. She spoke about what attracted her to the College, and what made her decide to return.
“The similarities it had to DPS and the ability to grow within the College. It’s also a pivotal part of the community I grew up in and now raise my children in,” said Jadallah. “I never genuinely loved a workplace as much as I love the HR team at HFC. This department is such a great place to work; we all collaborate well. For me, the best part of working at the College is the leadership and the culture.”
Both Webster and Executive Director of Human Resources Dr. Lisa Bradley are excited that Jadallah has returned to the College.
“Amany has extensive education experience from university to K-12,” said Webster. “She brings a wealth of HR knowledge to the department, and we are happy to have her back.”
Added Bradley: “We are thrilled to welcome Amany back to HR. Amany has an extensive compensation background. She brings a great deal of expertise to the role, along with a warm, professional demeanor and an eye for continuous improvement.”
